PS Thought I’d share a news item supplied by Don & Cathy Jo:
‘Just thought you should know that according to the New York Times, the Australian National Dictionary has made “budgie smuggler, a pair of close fitting male swimming briefs made of stretch fabric” an official entry.
Hah!’
Well done you two. Tony’s leg almost healed now, been a long haul. Brilliant insurance paid for everything and arranged Business Class and wheel chairs for trip home. Did so love catching up in Vermenton and sharing The ‘Favourite’ restaurant and wine in Irancy. Bern leaves tomorrow to join Henk and picking up Akhtar in Auxerre. You got the best bit of summer it seems, and the Nanna duty was extra fun, so hoping the weather keeps it up for the Aussie bunch. Love to you both, Annie and Tony.
