Adrian and I were married in King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
We had originally planned to marry in July 2020 …. then early December ….. then 30th December 2020. Covid kept putting a spanner in the works but we finally got there!
We entered the Vancouver Suite together to Etta James singing ‘At Last’!!!! Even the registrars were amused.
We had a lovely ceremony with Freddie our ‘ring bearer’ and Lisa and William our witnesses.
Most of our family joined us and we had a most enjoyable afternoon and evening at The Bank Hotel beside the estuary.
All in all a truly memorable occasion!
Neither of us are changing our names …… we will respond to Mr Risdon or Mr Fennell and Mrs Fennell or Mrs Risdon!

We are still being kept prisoners here in Aus. Hopefully we will be released for good behaviour next May!!

Well, congratulations you two! At last indeed! You look stunning Jenny, and Adrian ‘ain’t half bad’ either, very spruced up. Weddings seem to be in the air at the moment, also at last Elizabeth and Davis at the weekend… Had so hoped to see you all when I was meant to be over for my 80th, but jolly Covid…ah well, we are safe and well here in WA, and maybe it will happen before I’m on a zimmer frame!. Hi Many congratulations on your marriage and lovely to hear your news. Your blogs are so interesting and the photos are amazing. Karin and I are both well and still hanging on in there. Seems a long time since we were together on the Royal Clipper but it was less than 3 years ago. Since then, we have had 2 Royal Clipper cruises cancelled (Panama and Italy) but hopefully one we have booked for next January (Caribbean) will go ahead. Best wishes Stephen
